Cancellation Policy

Jacinths LLC – Coaching Program Policies Program Overview The Jacinths LLC Annual Coaching Program includes 12 one-on-one coaching sessions delivered over a 12-month period. Sessions are typically scheduled monthly and are designed to support personal and/or professional development. Payment Policy Coaching is offered on a monthly payment plan with a 12-month commitment. Standard Rate: $99 per month Bundled Client Rate: $42 per month (available only when coaching is purchased with an active Jacinths LLC service) Payments are due monthly and automatically charged on the agreed billing date. Failure to submit payment may result in paused or canceled sessions. Commitment Policy All monthly coaching plans require a 12-month commitment. Early termination does not cancel the remaining balance of the annual agreement. Bundled coaching rates are valid only while the client remains actively enrolled in a Jacinths LLC service. If the service is canceled, coaching will revert to the standard monthly rate. Scheduling Policy Sessions must be scheduled in advance using the provided booking link. Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions within the active month. Sessions are offered via Zoom or as otherwise agreed upon. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24-hour notice or no-shows are forfeited and will not be rescheduled or credited. Missed sessions do not roll over to future months. Refund Policy All coaching payments are non-refundable. Coaching services are based on time, preparation, and reserved availability. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused or missed sessions. Client Responsibility Coaching is a collaborative process and results depend on the client’s participation and follow-through. Jacinths LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, legal, or financial advice. Confidentiality All coaching conversations and materials are kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. Policy Acknowledgment By enrolling in the Jacinths LLC Coaching Program, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
